Unlocking clearer skin, one step at a time

Dealing with stubborn back breakouts, persistent scratching, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation can feel frustrating, but you do not have to navigate it alone.

When skin experiences chronic irritation or inflammation, the cycle of itching and scratching often leads to trauma on the surface. As the skin heals, it frequently leaves behind dark spots known as post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). Because richer skin tones have highly active pigment-producing cells, these marks can linger much longer than the original breakout.

How We Help:

Breaking the Cycle: We focus first on soothing underlying irritation and repairing the skin barrier to stop further physical trauma.

Targeted Care: Using advanced, non-invasive protocols tailored specifically to your skin type, we work gently to fade dark spots and even out tone without aggressive methods.

Restoring Confidence: Our goal is to bring back smooth, healthy, radiant skin so you can feel completely comfortable in your own body again.

Real results take patience, consistency, and the right professional support. Ready to start your skin restoration journey? Send us a DM or click the link in our bio to book your consultation today.

Selective Mole Reduction & Skin Rejuvenation

This client did not wish to remove every mole or mark on her face. Instead, we focused on selectively treating the specific areas that concerned her most while preserving her natural beauty and unique features.

The after photo was taken during the healing process to monitor progress and skin recovery. As healing continued, the skin appeared smoother, brighter, and more refined in the treated areas.

Every treatment plan is customized to the individual client's goals because no two clients—and no two journeys—are the same.

Mole Removal Is NOT Just About Having a Machine.

This video shows the removal of a large mole from the neck area. One of the things you may notice is that there is very little to no visible bleeding during the procedure.
But what I really want people to understand is this:
Mole removal is not simply about purchasing a machine, pen, or device and using it on someone's skin.
The equipment is only a tool. The knowledge, training, assessment, technique, and understanding of the skin and underlying anatomy are what matter.
A practitioner needs to understand how to approach the lesion appropriately, how much tissue is being treated, what surrounding structures need to be considered, and how to manage the area throughout the healing process.
And this is especially important when treating areas such as the neck or face, where important blood vessels, nerves and other structures are present.
There is also a difference between simply making a mole look smaller and properly treating the lesion. The objective is to address the lesion appropriately while minimizing unnecessary trauma to the surrounding skin.
Mole removal is a procedure — not a toy.
Before allowing anyone to perform a procedure on your skin, ask about their training, certification, experience, assessment process and aftercare.
And importantly, not every mole should simply be removed cosmetically. Any mole that appears suspicious or has concerning changes should be assessed by an appropriately qualified medical professional before removal.
Your skin deserves more than someone who simply knows how to operate a device.

Know who you're trusting with your skin.

What Really Happens After Mole Removal?

One of the biggest misconceptions about mole removal is that the skin will look completely normal immediately after treatment.
After a mole is removed, it is normal to experience some localized redness and swelling around the treated area. This is part of the body's natural healing response. The swelling is temporary and typically begins to settle within about 48 hours, although everyone's healing process is different.
Another common misunderstanding is that removing a mole leaves a dark or black dot behind.
If the mole has been successfully removed, the goal is not to leave the original pigmented spot in place. Instead, the area will go through stages of healing that may include redness, swelling, scabbing, and eventually the formation of new skin.
During the healing period, the area may temporarily appear pink, red, or slightly darker than the surrounding skin before it gradually settles.
This is why it's important to understand that healing skin does not always look perfect immediately after treatment. The final appearance develops over time as the skin repairs itself.
Every person heals differently, depending on factors such as the area treated, the depth and size of the mole, individual skin response, and aftercare.
At Blank Canvas The Spa, we believe in educating our clients and setting realistic expectations before and after treatment.
A mole removal is a process—not an instant transformation. Give your skin the time and care it needs to heal.

The Power of a Professional Pedicure

Many people assume every brown or dark discoloration on a toenail is a bruise or permanent damage. In reality, that's not always the case.
In this client's case, the discoloration improved dramatically after a professional pedicure due to the removal of surface staining, keratin buildup, dryness, and debris trapped around the nail.
A true bruise or pigment located inside the nail plate typically does not improve with a pedicure and usually grows out over time. This is why proper assessment is so important before assuming the cause of nail discoloration.
Regular foot care is about more than appearance. Keeping your feet clean, exfoliated, moisturized, and your toenails properly maintained can help improve comfort, hygiene, and overall foot health. When concerns arise, assessment and treatment by a qualified foot-care professional or podiatrist may be recommended.
Healthy feet. Healthy nails. Healthy you.

DPN REMOVAL (MOLE REMOVAL) | ELECTROCAUTERY
Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra (DPN) is a common benign skin growth that appears as small, dark, raised spots, often on the face, neck, and upper body. They are commonly referred to as “moles” by clients.
Our DPN Removal (Mole Removal) treatment uses controlled electrocautery to target and remove suitable lesions.

$100 BBD per hour
Consultation: $20 BBD

A consultation is required to assess the lesions and determine suitability for treatment. Not every dark or raised lesion is a DPN, so lesions that appear unusual should be medically assessed before removal.
