Here Are 5 Signs You Might Need to Say Goodbye to a Client 💅✨
We all love our clients, but sometimes, it’s just not a match made in nail heaven.
1. Anxious Before Their Arrival: If your client makes you anxious before their appointment this maybe the biggest red flag. Your body and brain reacts like if you're in fight or flight mode and your emotions are all over the place before they even arrive.
2. Unrealistic Expectations: We all want happy clients, but some request are just out of the question. Demanding cheaper prices or to work outside of regular working hours is definitely a huge red flag for me.
3. Nothing Is Good Enough: If every appointment feels like you're constantly walking on eggshells and they critique every single aspect of your work. They leave happy then message you after to say they don't like their nails.
4. Disrespectful: They completely disrespect or disregard your boundaries, policies and time because it doesn't go along with their vibe. You've repeatedly asked them to be on time, yet they show up 15 minutes late to every appointment.
5. You Feel Drained: At the end of the appointment you're left feeling extremely drained and exhausted. You can't book anyone after them because you just don't have the energy to deal with anyone after their appointment.
If you’re nodding along to any of these signs, it might be time to have a heart-to-heart or simply let go.
