A little health tips😊
Ramadan Weight Loss drink
Ingredients:
1. Take 2 tbl spoon of Yogurt (দই)
( Homemade or টকদই)
2. Add 1/2 tea spoon of Cumin powder
( টালা জিরার গুরা )
3. Add 1 tea spoon of Pure Honey
4. Add 2/3rd glass of water
5. Add 2 or 3 mint leaves
6. Now blend them all together
Now, fresh weight loss drink is ready to serve. You can add some ice cubes if you like it cold
This recipe is collected but i try this and get a good result so that can’t wait to share with you 😊this one will help you to keep fresh and healthy during this ramadan try this at least a once hope you all will like it🥤
