We are a leading cosmetic and skincare importing company representing trusted international beauty brands in the local market. Our mission is to deliver authentic, high-quality products while maintaining transparency and excellence in every step. As our operations expand, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team and grow with us.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

⦁ Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.

⦁ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

⦁ Handle import-related financial documentation, LC (Letter of Credit), and foreign supplier payments.

⦁ Help in preparing monthly and annual financial statements and reports.

⦁ Ensure compliance with VAT, TAX, and other local regulatory requirements.

⦁ Coordinate with senior accountants and management for budgeting and expense tracking.

⦁ Ensure timely and accurate record keeping for all financial transactions.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

⦁ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in an import, trading, or FMCG company.

⦁ Basic knowledge of LC (Letter of Credit), import costing, and inventory accounting is a plus.

⦁ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.

⦁ Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.

⦁ Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and responsible attitude.

To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

⦁ Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.

⦁ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

⦁ Handle import-related financial documentation, LC (Letter of Credit), and foreign supplier payments.

⦁ Monitor inventory valuation, cost of goods, and product margin analysis.

⦁ Ensure compliance with VAT, TAX, and other local regulatory requirements.

⦁ Collaborate with management to provide financial insights for business decisions and budgeting.

⦁ Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

⦁ Assist in annual audits and communicate with external auditors as needed.

⦁ Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial records.


𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

⦁ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICAB/CPA part qualification preferred).

⦁ Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in import, distribution, or FMCG sectors.

⦁ Strong knowledge of import finance, LC processing, and cost accounting.

⦁ Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.

⦁ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

⦁ High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
