TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Miss Asia Pacific® World Competition 2011((or "MAP®”), is to praise the beauty and talented ladies in the world.
2. Participant cannot use image as MAP®’participant, logos nor slogans to any parade, event or
program without the consent of the Organization.
3. This event is for women between the ages of 19 and 27 years old, in the countries of Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe, Africa, America and Africa continents, therefore participant should accept that MAP® organization manage my image as participant and model.
4. The ideal height is between 168 and 180 centimeters, however there is no official height requirement.
5. In the event that participant award a monetary contract in the Miss Asia Pacific final event organized by Elite Asia Pacific Group, Elite Asia Pacific Group and participant national director shall proudly manage her careers with leading media network and marketers to match her talent with their clients. Elite Asia Pacific Group shall be responsible for collecting a fee for each completed contract.
6. The flying schedule must be provided with anticipation for the respective welcome at Seoul Incheon International Airport, Republic of Korea.
7. Any extra expenses spent by participant or any of her companions, such as: air taxes, tips, phone calls, laundry medical expenses are responsibilities of the managers and companions.
8. The MAP® organization is not responsible for any extra hotel expenses for any early check in or late checkouts, not responsible either for transportation to the airport in the case of missing the transportation at the scheduled time.
9. The MAP® organization will provide with hotel room, meals and transportation for the official events during the event.
10. This is a beauty and talent competition, with that in mind participant should commit to be in a good physical shape for the swimsuit event. In the case of not being in good shape for the event of MAP®, the Miss Asia Pacific® Organization has the rights to disqualify the country during the competition.
11. The MAP® title belongs to the MAP® organization, in that regard, participant can never used the title for personal profit with any company or agency without a written authorization of the organization.
12. Participant should understand and agree if a company is interested in using her image or title, all the contracts and negotiations will be done in front of a representative of the MAP® organization.
13. Participant Should understand she have follow and respect all the timelines, deliver all documentation and all the responsibilities of the event. If she do not follow any of these rules could result in the disqualification of the participant or crowned winner.
14. Participant cannot have any personal interview with the jury and in the case of having a previous link or interview with the jury she have to notify the organization.
15. Participant should understand the MAP® organization is not responsible for any personal belongings. In this sense she understand she cannot complain in the case of any of my personal belonging is missing.
16. Participant Should understand and agree that the organization is not responsible for any accident or injury during the event.
17. Participant should understand that under any concept or circumstances the organization will refund any of the money already paid by her or her manager in the case of withdraw or disqualification.
18. Participant should understand that, if she fail to comply by the entry procedure, the participant will be penalized with the disqualification and possible lawsuit for damaging the MAP® image as well as franchise rights in the case of being national director.
19. The winner of MAP® will have to remain 3 more days in the Seoul for previously arranged commitments for the winner.
20. The winner of MAP® will receive a price in cash that will be given in three equal installments of 25% at the moment of winning, 25% after 6 months and the remaining 50% when the crown is given to the new winner next year. Delegate will be responsible for paying any taxes on any prizes in any country in the world.
21. The participants will be assisted with hair and make-up experts for the final competition. Opening Number Dress
Each Contestant will receive this opening number dress upon arrival. Contestants are required to bring silver sandals & rhinestone jewelry for the opening number. Competition Swimsuit
Each Contestant will receive this competition swimsuit upon arrival. REQUIRED DRESS
1 Typical dress or fantasy dress from your country.
2 One day dress to meet with your judges.
3 Blue jeans.
4 Silver Sandals
5 Silver color high heals 10.
6 Formal dress for the final election.
7 Various clothing for daily bases and rehearsals
8 Comfortable shoes for trips. PRIZES
