Our journey began in 2016 when our sister Sabia, one of the co-founders of Sanjara Skincare, was diagnosed with a breast tumor. This traumatic and deeply upsetting news caused overwhelming distress for our sister and our family. After many clinical tests, it was revealed that the tumour was in part caused by chemical substances commonly found in beauty products. After further research and consulta
tions with our medical professionals, we discovered that most skin diseases are caused by harmful man-made chemicals and that many of these substances are in beauty products. Wanting to prevent further damage, we turned to natural beauty products expecting clean and non-toxic ingredients but were shocked to discover that most of them included harmful substances, even those claiming to use natural ingredients. Feeling frustrated that there was nothing on the market which met our standards we were inspired to create our own brand of beauty products: SANJARA. With our strong belief that beauty products should help and not harm your skin, we have created a dedicated team of naturalists, leading skin scientists, and skincare experts to meticulously research and create formulas that are completely free of harmful manmade substances and deliver results with our unique blend of responsibly sourced natural ingredients.
