🍄 Creamy Cheesy Mushroom Soup
উপকরণ:
শুকনা মরিচ — পরিমাণমতো
Oregano — পরিমাণমতো
White pepper — সামান্য
Black pepper — সামান্য
Normal salt — স্বাদমতো
Sugar — সামান্য
পেঁয়াজ — পরিমাণমতো
Mushroom — পরিমাণমতো
Cheese — পরিমাণমতো
ময়দা — পরিমাণমতো
গুঁড়ো দুধ — পরিমাণমতো
পানি/দুধ — প্রয়োজনমতো
Butter/Oil — sauté করার জন্য
👩🍳 প্রণালি:
১. Mushroom sauté করুন
একটি প্যানে সামান্য butter/oil দিয়ে শুকনা মরিচ, oregano, white pepper, black pepper, salt ও সামান্য sugar দিন। এরপর পেঁয়াজ ও mushroom দিয়ে ভালোভাবে sauté করুন।
২. Mushroom-cheese paste তৈরি করুন
Sauté করা mushroom-এর কিছু অংশ আলাদা করে নিন। এর সঙ্গে cheese দিয়ে ভালোভাবে blend করে একটি smooth paste তৈরি করুন। Paste-টি আলাদা করে রাখুন।
৩. Creamy gravy তৈরি করুন
অন্য একটি প্যানে ময়দা ও গুঁড়ো দুধ পরিমাণমতো নিয়ে মিশিয়ে নিন। এরপর ধীরে ধীরে পানি/দুধ দিয়ে নাড়তে থাকুন, যাতে কোনো lump না থাকে। এটি কিছুক্ষণ রান্না করে একটি smooth creamy gravy তৈরি করুন।
৪. Cheese-mushroom paste যোগ করুন
এবার gravy-এর মধ্যে তৈরি করা cheese ও mushroom paste দিয়ে ভালোভাবে মিশিয়ে দিন। নাড়তে নাড়তে রান্না করুন, যতক্ষণ না soup একটু thick এবং creamy হয়ে আসে।
৫. বাকি mushroom যোগ করুন
সবশেষে আগে sauté করে রাখা বাকি mushroomগুলো soup-এর মধ্যে দিয়ে দিন। আরও ১–২ মিনিট রান্না করে নামিয়ে ফেলুন।
