আমি, মোঃ সুজন, আমার জীবনের অভিজ্ঞতা ও সংগ্রামের পথ থেকে একটি বিষয় গভীরভাবে অনুভব করেছি—শুধু প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষা একজন মানুষকে সম্পূর্ণভাবে প্রস্তুত করে না। শিক্ষার পাশাপাশি ছোটবেলা থেকেই প্রত্যেক মানুষের নিজের পছন্দ, আগ্রহ ও প্রতিভার সঙ্গে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ একটি বা একাধিক বাস্তবমুখী দক্ষতা (Skill) অর্জন করা অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

একটি দক্ষতা মানুষকে শুধু কর্মসংস্থানের সুযোগই দেয় না; এটি তৈরি করে আত্মবিশ্বাস, দায়িত্ববোধ, আত্মনির্ভরতা ও উদ্যোক্তা হওয়ার মানসিকতা। নিজের ভবিষ্যতের দায়িত্ব নেওয়ার পাশাপাশি পরিবার, সমাজ এবং দেশের জন্য অবদান রাখার শক্তিও একজন দক্ষ মানুষের মধ্যে আরও দৃঢ় হয়।
