• Customer can buy any product from album, live or given post as per availability of a product. Only Inbox is preferred to place an order.
• Cancellation of any confirmed order is not Expected and Accepted, if any cancellation occurs from customer end without any notification/discussion will be treated as fraudulent activity.

#DELIVERY:
• Delivery is done through 3rd PARTY, they are solely responsible for the delivery process.
• Customers can request for change of delivery time & date while delivery office contacts them.
• Customers are requested to pay exact amount mentioned on voucher.

#PAYMENT:
• Customers can pay through bKash, CASH ON DELIVERY and BANK ACCOUNT.
• Advance payment 1000 taka has to be PAID in advance in CASE OF DELIVERY outside Dhaka.
• Late payment will result in order cancellation and Ban from Page.
