আচ্ছা, এবারও কি বলবেন ছবিটা edit করে skin খারাপ দেখানো হয়েছে?
আগের Tamannaah Bhatia-র ছবিটা দেওয়ার পর অনেকেই খুব রেগে গিয়েছিলেন—
“ইচ্ছা করে edit করে skin খারাপ দেখিয়েছেন!”
কিন্তু আমার লাভটা কী?
আমি শুধু একটা জিনিস বোঝাতে চেয়েছিলাম—
Celebrity হোক বা আপনি, real skin মানেই poreless, textureless, flawless skin না।
এবার Alia Bhatt-এর নিজের post করা এই ছবিটা একটু ভালো করে দেখুন।
Pores আছে।
Texture আছে।
ছোটখাটো marks আছে।
ফ্রিকলস আছে ।
এবং তাতে skin খারাপ হয়ে যায়নি।
আমরা এত filtered skin দেখতে দেখতে নিজের normal skin-ও problem মনে করতে শুরু করেছি।
তারপর pore দেখলেই serum,
দাগ দেখলেই brightening cream,
dull লাগলেই নতুন product!
আর কিছু seller এমন promise করেন যেন একটা product ব্যবহার করলেই সকালে উঠে মাখনের মতো flawless skin!
২০২৬ সালে এসেও juice খেয়ে ফর্সা হওয়ার আশা আর Aladdin-এর চেরাগ পাওয়ার আশা প্রায় একই জিনিস।
Skin-এর natural flaws accept করুন, আর actual problem থাকলে সেটার proper care করুন।
Pore থাকা ≠ unhealthy skin
Texture থাকা ≠ bad skin
আপনার main concern যদি হয় Acne / Pigmentation / Pores / Dullness / Dryness / Texture, কিন্তু কী use করবেন বুঝতে না পারেন—
Skin type + main concern + current routine লিখে inbox করতে পারেন।

নাকের ওপর এই ছোট ছোট dots-গুলো Blackhead ভেবে চেপে চেপে বের করছেন?
একটু থামুন।
সব black-looking dots কিন্তু Blackhead না।
অনেক সময় এগুলো Sebaceous Filaments—যেগুলো pore-এর স্বাভাবিক অংশ এবং skin-এর oil surface-এ পৌঁছাতে সাহায্য করে।
তাই squeeze করার পর কিছুদিন বাদে আবার দেখা গেলে অবাক হওয়ার কিছু নেই।
সমস্যা হয় যখন এগুলোকে Blackhead ভেবে প্রতিদিন—
squeeze → scrub → pore strip → আবার squeeze
করতে থাকেন।
এতে skin irritated হতে পারে, আর pores আরও noticeable মনে হতে পারে।
একটা সহজ clue:
Blackhead সাধারণত darker ও clogged দেখায়।
Sebaceous Filament সাধারণত ছোট, evenly distributed greyish/yellowish dots-এর মতো হয়।
তাই নাকের dots দেখেই নতুন product কেনার আগে—
আগে বুঝুন, আসলে ওগুলো কী।
আপনার নাকের dots কেমন?
Black নাকি Grey/Yellowish?
Comment-এ একটা লিখুন।
আর বুঝতে না পারলে ছবি দিয়ে inbox করতে পারেন—আপনার skin-এর condition অনুযায়ী কোন product actually দরকার, available options থেকে সেটা suggest করা যাবে।

একটা প্রশ্ন করি—আপনার skin কি সত্যিই খারাপ, নাকি আপনি শুধু filter-এর skin-এর সঙ্গে compare করছেন?
Tamanna vatiar এই ছবিটা একটু কাছ থেকে দেখুন।
Makeup আছে।
Perfect lighting আছে।
তবুও—
Pores দেখা যাচ্ছে।
Texture দেখা যাচ্ছে।
চোখের নিচে hollow আছে।
ছোটখাটো imperfections-ও আছে।
এবার নিজের মুখটা আয়নায় দেখুন।
আপনারও নিশ্চয়ই আছে।
আর এটাই normal skin।
কিন্তু social media আমাদের এমন একটা expectation শিখিয়েছে যে—
pore মানেই problem, texture মানেই damaged skin, আর flawless না হলেই আরও একটা serum দরকার!
তারপর শুরু হয়—
“Pore কমানোর serum দেন।”
“একদম glass skin চাই।”
“এমন একটা cream দেন যাতে skin মাখনের মতো smooth হয়।”
সত্যিটা একটু boring, কিন্তু খুব important—
Skincare আপনার মুখ থেকে pores মুছে দেবে না।
আপনাকে filter বানাবে না।
আর কোনো একটা product রাতারাতি flawless skin বানাবে না।
ভালো skincare-এর কাজ অন্য কিছু।
Acne থাকলে সেটা manage করা।
Pigmentation থাকলে সেটার কারণ বুঝে care করা।
Dryness বা irritation থাকলে barrier support করা।
আর overall skin-কে healthier-looking রাখা।
Skin care আর skin perfection—দুটো এক জিনিস না।
তাই যারা একটা product দিয়েই
“poreless + spotless + glass skin”
এর promise দেয়, তাদের কথায় একটু pause দিন।
কারণ আপনার skin-এর দরকার হয়তো নতুন ৫টা product না—ঠিক ১–২টা product-ই।
