৮) পণ্যে কোন প্রকার সমস্যা বা ড্যামেজ থাকলে আমাদের দ্রুত কল দিয়ে জানান।

৯) ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে যাচাই-বাচাই করে পণ্য রিসিভ করুন। পরবর্তীতে কোন অভিযােগ আমলে নেয়া হবে না।

১০) ঢাকার বাহিরে ডেলিভারির জন্য শুধু ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।

১১) পণ্য ব্যবহারের আগে তার ব্যবহারবিধি ভালোভাবে পড়ে নিবেন এবং সে অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার করবেন। মনে রাখবেন, ভালো ফল পেতে অবশ্যই ব্যবহারবিধি অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
