বাজারে এডেলাক্স, এনফ্রি,এনজেন্টা, এন্টিসন,ডিলিটা, ডেক্সিট,ফেমানল, ফ্লুক্সিট, মেলিক্সল, টেনাক্সিট,রেংজিট, ইত্যাদি নামে পাওয়া যায় এই ঔষধ।
এতে মেলিট্রাসিন নামে যে উপাদান আছে তা খুব স্বীকৃত কোন এন্টিডিপ্রেসেন্ট নয়। আর ফ্লুপেন্থিক্সল একটি ফার্স্ট জেনারেশন এন্টি সাইকোটিক যা এই ঔষধে স্বল্প মাত্রায় আছে তা দীর্ঘদিন খেলে মাংশপেশীর অস্বাভাবিক নড়াচড়া এবং মুখ বেঁকে যাওয়ার মত মারাত্নক পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া দেখা দিতে পারে। এটি সাময়িক যতটা আরাম দেয় দীর্ঘমেয়াদি ব্যবহারে ক্ষতি করে তার থেকে অনেক বেশি মাত্রায়। তাই নিজ থেকে ডাক্তারি পরামর্শ ছাড়া দীর্ঘমেয়াদে এটি খাবেন না।
