Hooded eyes makeup tutorial

Hooded eyes? Placement changes everything!

Instead of applying shadow directly into the crease, place it slightly above so the color remains visible when your eyes are open.
For a more lifted look, blend the deeper shade close to the lash line and extend it slightly outward

One of my favorite tricks is adding a small piece of tape at the outer corner to create a soft guideline. Once removed, you instantly get that clean, lifted shape ✨

Finish with shimmer in the center of the lid for extra dimension and a more open-looking eye.

Makeup placement changes everything.
The same products, the same face… but a completely different effect depending on where you apply them.

Small changes in bronzer and blush placement can make the face look more lifted, slimmer and more defined 🤍

Smokey makeup for hooded eyes✨

Instead of placing the shadow directly on the eyelid, apply it slightly ABOVE the crease so it stays visible when the eyes are open.
Then blend the darker shadow along the lash line to create a more elongated, lifted eye shape 🤍

I also like to place a bandage tape at the outer corner of the eye to create a lifted guideline for the shadow.
Once I remove the tape, it leaves a clean, sharp line instantly✨

And don’t forget the shimmer in the center of the lid ✨
It catches the light beautifully and makes the eyes look bigger and more open.
