Bodybuilding is all about improving yourself. I see many athletes looking to much at their placings instead of looking at their personal improvement. It’s about working on your weak points and presenting a better improved version of yourself the next show. This has always been my weakest pose, and it’s still far from where I want it to be, but it has improved a lot compared to last year and the year before. That’s a very rewarding feeling when you know you’ve put it the work and then see the results when you step on stage, that’s the beauty of the sport.

A great start of the season and warmup for 🇫🇷France next week.

I’m proud of the improvements we’ve made compared to the Bonac and the Musclecontest Austria last year in December. Stage weight in Austria was 93,5 and yesterday 98. Looking forward to improve the shape for this Saturday. 💪🏻

I’m so excited to leave to Germany tomorrow and feel ready to get on stage Sunday and have some fun with the last show of this season, after a 26 week long prep which I enjoyed every day of, but also looking forward to the rebound and gain that quality muscle again. 💪🏻
