effects of foods, while
lubricating and nourishing the
body (according to Traditional
Chinese Medicine). Try watermelon, summer
squash, coconut and use honey
to sweeten cooling drinks (1 tsp
per litre recommended).
Dates are a great choice as they
cure with the humid weather.
