1st half Ironman experience 🏊🚴🏃
Didn't know what to expect.
🏊 Really enjoyed the swim with the sunrise (37min03sec for 1900m)
🚴 Enjoyed so much the landscapes, the countryside, the forests even if I couldn't push strong on the pedals when the road went up due to harmstring pain.... (3hr03 for 90 km)
🏃 With the support of family and friends along the lap nothing could have stopped me, cramps all other the legs from km 1 were challenging then (2hr10 for 21km)

So much worth of theses hours spent training. You're seeing just the top of the iceberg 🏔️. Can't wait for another one very soon.
