IN FOLLOWING BDCB GUIDELINES ISSUED ON ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING AND COMBATING THE FINANCING OF TERRORISM (CARO 2019), PUTERI MAMI REMITTANCE HAS TAKEN SIGNIFICANT MEASURE TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF MONEY TRANSACTION USING OUR SERVICE ALIGN WITH THE AUTHORITY REQUIREMENTS.

ANY TRANSACTION STARTING 1,000 BND ABOVE (INDIVIDUAL OR COMPANY) ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS SUCH AS:

• Copy of Salary Slip
• Bank Statement
• Invoice (If Purchase Goods/for business payment)
• For housewives (provide husband salary slip if working)
• For individual who not working, must provide the source of fund to support before teller accept the transaction
• For online business, provide at least valid screenshots of purchase with the supplier

FOR CUSTOMER REQUEST THROUGH WHATSAPP (REGULAR CUSTOMER) TRANSACTION 1,000 BND ABOVE ALSO REQUIRED TO PROVIDE:

b) 𝐊𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐢 Penghantaran: Ditutup sementara hingga 4hb March, 2025.(Tertakluk kepada cuti Awal Bulan Ramadhan)

Oleh itu, dimohon kerjasama semua pengguna perkhidmatan kami untuk menghentikan sementara transaksi ke bank akaun BIBD kami untuk mengelakkan sebarang gangguan kepada transaksi keluar masuk, pengurusan operasi atau urusan penyelanggaraan sistem kami.
