RPE-7 Cambered Swiss bar.

Our speciality bar resembles the traditional Swiss bar seen across gyms with one major difference.

It’s mid-section curves upward in the middle for extra range of motion by allowing your elbows further back during bench presses or back rows.

This extra range of motion creates a stronger contraction and helps you train through your sticking points.

It’s neutral grips helps alleviate stress on shoulders and elbows by setting your range of motion to a more natural bar path.

This bar can set high on power rack for multi-grip pull ups or set on floor for multi- grip push-ups.

Flipping the Cambered side over decreases the range of motion on presses or pulls and is extremely useful for athletes with injuries.

PS: I’d forgotten to mention how excruciatingly effective bicep and tricep work is on a semi-supinated or semi-pronated grip. Take it easy for the first few arms day session and expect a cramp or two.
