There are many essential oils that we can use but let's use ON GUARD for this one!

Equipment

Ingredients

1 oz spray bottle pack of 8 spray bottles comes with a mini funnel which you'll find useful

4 TBSP Isopropyl Alcohol  (optional)

3 TBSP Fractionated Coconut Oil. You can use water in place of the carrier oil if you prefer.

20 - 30 drops doTERRA OnGuard essential oil

Instructions

Add the OnGuard drops to your spray bottle

Add the alcohol to your spray bottle. Skip this step if you're not using alcohol.

Top off the spray bottle with your carrier oil or water.

Shake gently to combine.
