The past few months, I thought this page should go but I see alot of followers coming through. The last you heard from me was after baby number 3 and Im pleased to say I still use my lovely products and im able to control my weight with or without them.
I am at 59.4kg currently and thats how I look, not my best picture but just shows a woman in the fields and that girl is me.

I have some other project going on which will benefit Batswana very much so just keep following, you will see what I am working on in 2 years.

Its never really easy to start but once you do, its hard to stop. Im so addicted to jogging, used to do 2 rounds, then it bacame for then 6 and last week I started doing 8. Im enjoying it so much because it simply got easier to do💪💪💪💪💪

Once in a while push harder and challenge yourself. Power of the mind, I told myself I can jog 3.2km non-stop and I did💪
