I sincerely apologize for the recent issues some of you have experienced with your nails. I've received a few complaints about nails lifting or falling off sooner than expected.

If you had your nails done between 1 July and 22nd July please be aware that your set may be affected. There has been a change in my application process, and I am currently investigating whether that is the cause.

To ensure I resolve the issue properly, I will not be taking any appointments until 25 July.
