For my new Amyjay sweeties ! My name is Amber Waight am 26 year old with a passion for nails and decorating. It could be cakes party back ground anything that requires art am interested in. However my main focus is nails. My journey started when I was 10 years old I remember practicing on all my family friends and primary school teachers. My talent grew along with me literally. I remember practicing n practicing the nails n design came out great but it still wasn’t good enuff for me. So I use all the spear time I had to perfect my work , and all the extra money I received to buy nails supplies. When I graduated from Pallotti and didn’t had school to worry about I use the time to strengthen the area of nails I believe I wasn’t strong in. So 2021 came Covid took over and I use this time to work on myself n that was when I became much better and was more confident in my work. I was convinced by one of my client whom later became my friend to go from a home base nail teck to a salon. She had more faith in me than I had in myself at the time. I didn’t hesitate tho I went in talk to the boss and that is where am currently at for the pass 5 years. Building my business growing glowing and meeting a lot of lovely clients and supporting family,friends and old school classmates. Also having coworkers that are more like family that regular employees is a blessing. To all Nail teck/ business owners everything takes time practice and consistency. There will be days u might want to give up on your dreams but use those days to practice more and make your work perfect. Trust in the lord and yourself and you will see how it all turns out. Although they are a lot of positive people out there. There are also a lot of negative ones be strong humble and don’t break/give up easily.
