I started my weight loss journey about a year before I found Tru. I had been strict Keto. In a year I had lost 40lbs with Keto alone and I loved it until I hit a stall that lasted MONTHS. I tried uping my carb intake I tried lowering it. I tried being more active. Nothing was working. I was at stuck at 199 for probably 3 months. And I ended up gaining 10lbs back. Right around there is when my best friend had started Tru. I called her crazy and there's no way 2 pills 2x's a day could help you lose weight. So low and behold she lose 35 lbs In get first month! Just another update from beginning of year until now.
Getting curvy, and so going to kiss wearing shorts. Haven't worn them in years and this summer I couldn't get enough.
I wouldn't be here without truvision and the first 90 day challenge I entered was what got me dedicated to the lifestyle change. It's a work in progress but things are coming along. With some family and work issues the last few months it's been much harder to stay focused and I've had some really bad days, but I push through and make it another day.
You can't achieve your goals if you give up.
