We’re on our THIRD no show/under 24 cancellation of the day. As I’m leaving on vacation it was a priority to make sure everyone who needed to be seen before I left could be seen. No show clients take spots from those who had to be turned away and take income away from workers.
This is a reminder , cancellation under 24 hours owe 50% the value of the appointment as fee.
No show clients and those who cancel with less than an hours notice owe 100%. For regular clients whom dont have a habit of this can usually reschedule within the week for a $10 surcharge as i understand emergencies happen.
Even prepaid clients need to understand you’re taking away income from someone when you cancel late or no show.
