Willow Valley Wellness
All natural, handcrafted, small batch prepared, soap and wellness products.
My mom was my best friend. Losing her to breast cancer is something I carry with me every day, and this month always brings that a little closer to the surface.
I’ve always been curious. I was always encouraged to ask questions and to not take things at face value — especially when it comes to what we put in and on our bodies.
That mindset is a big part of why I started Willow Valley Wellness. I wanted to make products I wanted my own kids to use, and I couldn’t find everything I was looking for.
I know we can’t control everything. But I believe we can be more informed, make thoughtful choices, and expect better.
Awareness matters. But I want it to mean something beyond a pink ribbon.
I want to live those values in what I make, how I make it, and the choices I make along the way.
I want better.
I could spend WAY too much time playing around with scent combinations. 😂
Sometimes I have a plan, sometimes I’m just curious what happens when I put two scents together. You never know what might become a new favourite!
Always up for scent combo requests! ✨
A better bar starts with what goes in. 👀🧼
Shea, mango and cocoa butter, plus coconut oil — 9 lbs ready to be melted down and combined with our other oils.
And that’s just one part of making a bar that feels as good as it works!

🤍
A little look at what I’ve been up to lately…
750 bars of soap. 🤍
Made, cut, stamped and now curing.
It’s been a lot of soap. 😂
This what I’ve been up to lately 🫣
A whole lot of soap.
I’m making 750 bars for something I’m really excited about, and I’m slowly working my way through them.
150 made so far… 600 to go.
I can’t say what they’re for just yet, but I can’t wait until I can 🤩
For now, here’s a little peek at what’s been happening around here.

I really do love all of it.
The making, the planning, the packing, putting together a beautiful gift set, market days, shipping orders and wondering where they’ll end up.
But one of my favourite parts is seeing the products after they’ve left me — in someone’s bathroom, at their cottage, packed up as a gift, or hearing that something I made has become a favourite.
I started making these things for our family, so it still feels pretty amazing that they’ve found their way into so many other homes too. 🤍
I’m grateful for every part of it.
One of my favourite things about making products is knowing they don’t just stay on my shelves.
A bar of soap might become someone’s everyday favourite, get tucked into a gift, end up at the cottage, often finding its way into a completely new home.
I make it here, and then it gets to become part of someone else’s everyday life.
That’s the best part.
It all started with soap. 🌿
I made it for us, then friends wanted some, and somehow it just kept growing from there.
Soap was the very first thing I made for Willow Valley, and after all these years, it’s still one of my favourite things to create.
A lot has changed over the years—new scents, new designs, a whole lot more soap—but the reason I make it hasn’t really changed.
I love making something by hand that people actually want to use and reach for every day.
Still my first love. 🤍
