📣 IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICY UPDATE

Unfortunately, due to an increasing number of clients booking appointments, failing to show up, and then finding ways to prevent the agreed-upon no-show fee from being processed, I’ve had to make a change to my booking policy.

Effective immediately, all new appointments will require 50% payment at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward the total cost of your appointment.

As a small business, a no-show—especially for a longer service—means that appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you and often cannot be filled at the last minute. When someone simply doesn’t show and then prevents the cancellation/no-show fee from being processed, that lost appointment directly impacts my business.

I truly dislike having to make policies stricter because of the actions of a small number of people, and I sincerely appreciate the overwhelming majority of my clients who respect my time and my cancellation policy. ❤️

For my regular clients: you are always welcome to reach out to me directly to book your appointment. As long as you have a valid credit card securely saved on file to cover any applicable late-cancellation or no-show fees, I am happy to continue booking you personally without requiring the 50% upfront payment.

Thank you so much to all of my amazing clients who consistently show up, communicate when plans change, and respect the time that has been reserved especially for them. Your consideration never goes unnoticed. 🤍

Kindly ask that you respect our time as we respect yours.

🚨 MICRONEEDLING: KNOW WHAT’S ACTUALLY BEING USED ON YOUR SKIN

A microneedling “pen” bought online is not automatically the same thing as a professional microneedling system—and a weekend course is not the same as comprehensive professional education and hands-on experience.

Microneedling creates thousands of controlled microchannels in your skin. That means device quality, sterile single-use cartridges, proper depth and technique, infection control, skin assessment and practitioner training MATTER.

Before allowing anyone to microneedle your face, ask:
✔️ What EXACT device are you using?
✔️ Is that specific device authorized/licensed for professional use in Canada, where required?
✔️ Are cartridges sterile and single-use?
✔️ What training and experience does the practitioner have?

At our clinic, we invested in the professional DermaSpark DermaStamp system and comprehensive training. We don’t believe in cutting corners when it comes to your skin.

💡 A cheap pen and a certificate don’t tell you the whole story.

Know your practitioner. Know their training. Know what’s going into your skin. ❤️
