When we look back and remember, life seemed so much simpler when we were children.
Going to school, coming home to a house that was free of the constant pull of social media – it was a different time. A time when we could escape the stress and sometimes bullying of our peers.
Today, it’s a different story. Kids face the same peer pressures and bullying, but it doesn’t stop at the school gate. It follows them home, invading their safe space.
There are lots of changes, self-discovery, and sometimes things can get a bit bumpy.
Here at Mind 2 Heart Connections, we’re here to create a safe and caring place for your child and teenager. We want to help them understand their feelings, become stronger, and learn how to do well in life.
We are here to support them and you.

Yes we have a teen and child program!
Our Teen program is a therapeutic, neurodiversity affirming evening program designed for teens who need a space to grow socially, emotionally, and practically — without pressure or judgment.
Our program for younger children focuses on building foundational skills in a playful and supportive environment!

A Monday Moment...
Do you have any pets?
I do.
I have two dogs! One is a 100 Pound doodle.
I bought her when I separated, and I wanted one of my children to have a family dog. She’s crazy and very protective of our family.
I also have a Shih Tzu that my husband and I bought during Covid, She’s very sweet, but not used to people because of being a Covid dog.
They both have very different personalities and bring love and laughter into our home.
