Clinic & exam season by day… Christmas shenanigans by night ✨🎄❤️
You think you’re stretching your glutes… but are you really? 👀🍑
Instead of pushing down on your knee (ouch, your hip & knee say "no thank you"), try this:
Place your hands on your shin for support and hinge forward from your hips with a straight back. You’ll feel that deep piriformis stretch instantly — no extra pressure, just smart movement 🙌
💡 Why it’s better: Less strain, more focus on the actual muscle you’re trying to stretch. Win-win.
Reach out if you have any questions!
Your RMT,
Brooke

Hi there! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted, but for a good reason!✨
Between working as an RMT and diving deep into my full-time acupuncture studies, life has been BUSY. But busy in the best way — because I’m working towards offering even more ways to help you feel your best! I can’t wait to share this journey with you all. Stay tuned for what’s to come and thank you for all of your support🫶🏻
Your RMT,
Brooke
