Some of the hardest moments in business became the lessons I’m most grateful for.
Owning a spa in my 20s taught me that leadership can feel lonely, growth can make people uncomfortable, and doing the right thing doesn’t always guarantee an easy outcome.
But it also taught me how to trust myself, create stronger boundaries, lead with compassion, and keep moving forward without needing everyone to understand my decisions.
