She didn't want "blonder." She wanted something a lot more specific.
That's the part that matters most - the consult before the colour, where we figure out exactly what "better" looks like for her. For this one: a softer grow-out, less red and brassy over time, and highlights that read like the sun did it - bright, but never too warm.

Curly hair doesn't need a trim - it needs a cut built around how it actually falls. Those are two different things.
For this one, it started with a custom curl-by-curl cut to clean up the shape without stripping the volume, then highlights placed to melt into a warm honey blonde - bright, but nothing brassy.
