Meet Lyndsay, our Brazilian Lymphatic Specialist. ✨

Lyndsay’s journey began through her own health challenges, where lymphatic drainage became an important part of her recovery and sparked a fascination with the body’s lymphatic system.

She was especially drawn to Brazilian lymphatic drainage and its precise, rhythmic approach. Beyond reducing puffiness, these treatments can support recovery, digestion, circulation and overall well-being, helping clients feel lighter, more energized and more connected to their bodies.

Lyndsay has now supported hundreds of women through post-surgical recovery, digestive concerns and their wellness journeys, while continuing to expand her knowledge and techniques.

Outside of work, she is a wife, mom to two active boys and proud dog mom to a lively border collie mix.
