The Ukrainian manicure technique is all about perfect cleanliness, allowing color to be applied as close to the cuticle as possible. Even a week later, your manicure will look like it was just done.
In this video, you can see a challenging dry and dense cuticle. The manicure was performed using an e-file technique without any cutting tools.
