🌕✨ A Celestial Moment — Lunar Eclipse ✨🌑

Watching the Moon slowly slip into Earth’s shadow was truly mesmerizing. As its familiar glow transformed into deep shades of orange and red, the night sky gave us a beautiful reminder of how extraordinary our universe is.

A lunar eclipse is more than an astronomical event—it’s one of those rare moments that makes you stop, look up, and appreciate the beauty beyond our everyday world. 🌌

Captured through my lens — a memory of the Moon painted in red. ❤️🌕

✨ Staff Spotlight: Meet Dr. Yanshan Han! ✨

We're proud to introduce Dr. Yanshan Han, our Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Registered Acupuncturist, and Doctor of Chinese Medicine.

She helps patients find relief from muscle and joint pain, workplace and motor vehicle injuries, migraines, anxiety, depression, insomnia, digestive concerns, stress-related conditions, and more.

Her passion goes beyond treatment. Dr. Han believes in empowering every patient with the knowledge and tools they need to create lasting balance, wellness, and a healthier lifestyle.

⚖️ Balance is something we often take for granted until it starts to decline. Try standing on one leg without holding onto anything and see how long you can maintain your balance. This simple exercise helps strengthen your ankles, improve core stability, and reduce your risk of falls and injuries.

Try it at home and let us know how it feels. Need guidance? Book your assessment at: https://acephysique.ca/physiotherapist-appointment/?utm_source=pes_custom&utm_medium=social
