I know this phase of life can be challenging. Low energy, sleep struggles, cravings, weight gain, inflammation, mood changes... The list is intense.
While there are numerous factors at play, we can get an edge with a new, natural and science-backed health technology that is helping so many women!
I wanted to share because if feeling better is possible for women like Senya, what might be possible for you?
This is Senya and her words:
"Most will notice the weight loss first. However, it wasn’t about that when I set out to get healthy.
My main goal was to feel better. That’s it.
I was tired, sluggish, and filled with brain fog.
💥My thyroid was in the red.
💥My allergies & asthma were out of control. I had 8 prescription allergy medications, two were oral, a nasal spray, the nebulizer machine and meds, 2 types of inhalers and I carried bags of cough drops in my purse.
💥I was a miserable mess with perimenopause symptoms.
💥My migraine headaches required medication to keep me out of the emergency room.
💥Weight gain was adding stress and pain to my bad knee during the day and to my shoulder at night, my hand would tingle and wake me up. It was awful!
I finally realized it had to be in the habits, and I started breaking it down and peeling back the layers.
I am now feeling better and doing more. I have my life back, and I am prescription free. I can’t make promises for anyone else.
Activation was the difference maker for me." ❤️
If Senya's story intrigues you and you'd like to learn more - I invite you to join me and activation expert Darlene Bergener Tuesday, April 28 at 6:00 PM Mountain Time (5 PM Pacific/8 PM Eastern).
We will discuss what’s changing during perimenopause (including metabolism, cravings, energy, oxidative stress, and inflammation), and how to support it.

Very few people have ever seen these photos. And now I’m sharing on social media! Yikes! 🫣
Throughout high-school, college and my early twenties I lifted weights in a gym with my brother. I did it because I loved hanging with my bro, feeling strong and confident.
Then in 2000, a good friend and personal trainer asked if I wanted to give body building a try and sign up for an all-natural competition. I thought he was crazy! 😳
And yet I couldn’t let go of the question “I wonder what my body is capable of? I wonder what I am capable of?”
So I did what anyone would do - signed up and trained! 😜
Turns out I was capable of:
👉 Developing a lot of muscle during the build and bulk phase. 💪 I was able to pump out a good number of chin-ups and do heavy squats like a beast. So proud of myself!
👉 Losing upper body muscle during the lean down phase.
👉 Becoming constipated by the low fibre diet. (TMI? Sorry!)
👉 Getting my body fat down to a very low percentage. (Can’t recall exact %).
👉Feeling fabulous in a bikini made of strings. 👙
👉 Experiencing sweet cravings like never before! 😖 My diet was severely limited and felt like deprivation.
👉 Walking up the back-stage stairs in the company of beautiful man-women who scared me. Confidence drop!!
👉 Doing a pose and dance routine (no dance training here!) while appearing calm.
👉 Coming in last place, yet still feeling proud of myself for trying.
👉 Learning how my body responds to different foods.
👉 Loving how clothes fit my body
👉 Oozing confidence, which trickled into every area of my life
👉 Rebounding my foods fiercely immediately after the competition, shoving chocolate, pie and apple turnovers in my mouth. (Think of a rubber band. If you pull it long enough it will eventually fling the other way or snap). Thankfully acupuncture and herbs helped rebalance me.
Then at age 46 (hello perimenopause!), despite regular exercise and clean eating I observed a excess bloating and padding creeping on.
I am so grateful that all natural, science backed Glp-1 activation was developed for me to try.
This hormone, made in my gut, when activated and increased helped reduce my food cravings, food noise, improved my metabolism, stabilized my blood sugar, provided smoother digestion, better sleep, steady energy and well… offered an opportunity to get my leaner body and bikini confidence back!!! All while not changing or tracking my eating or exercise! 🤩

Do you wonder what a natural Glp-1 activator could do for you or a loved one? 🤔

Did you know your body naturally produces the hormone called GLP-1? 🧬
This powerful gut hormone kicks in after you eat — helping manage appetite, blood sugar, and how quickly your stomach empties.
Want to boost your body’s natural GLP-1 response? Try these simple habits.
These small shifts support the biology that helps your metabolism do what it was designed to do. ✨
Which one will you focus on today?

Glp-1 is an effective tool proven for weight gain in perimenopause.
But is there a safe and natural alternative to prescriptions, pharma and injections?

Sometime into Perimenopause I noticed I had zero desire to do weights anymore. Or even move that much for that matter!
Yoga became more appealing because it was easier.
But this was doing nothing for my body composition.
A few weeks into natural Glp-1 activation and my energy was soaring so much I HAD to move more and I actually felt a CRAVING to do weights!
Then my food cravings started to even out then disappear, I started to notice positive changes in my body, and my motivation increased - putting me in a positive feedback loop.
I know natural Glp-1 plus Nrf2 activation was the catalyst. And I’m so grateful! 🥹

LETS TALK ABOUT INFLAMMATION AND HOW IT KEEPS WEIGHT LOSS SO DIFFICULT!
3 ways Inflammation and weight gain are related:
#1 Fat cells create inflammation
This means the more fat you carry, the more inflamed you may be. It’s a cycle which begins in your fat cells themselves. This happens because as glucose (sugar) is delivered, your cells produce extra reactive oxygen species — I see these as little enemies of a healthy body — which causes inflammation within your cells. This inflammation expands fat cells like an overfilled water balloon, making them appear “puffy” and larger than they really are!
Not Good!
#2 Inflammation Prevents Fat From Breaking Down
Next, inflammation creates insulin resistance. You may already know that insulin both inhibits the breakdown of fat cells AND stimulates the creation of body fat. In other words, it tells your body to stop burning fat while making it MORE efficient at creating fat, by converting fatty acids and glucose in your blood into fat.
It’s a cycle that, if left unchecked, could lead to more serious health concerns.
#3 Inflammation Makes You HUNGRY, even if you’re eating “clean!”
As if that weren’t enough already, inflammation also makes you HUNGRY by causing your hypothalamus (in your brain) to become resistant to leptin. Leptin is a hormone that helps regulate your appetite and metabolism. When Leptin is present, you simply don’t get hungry. Unfortunately, when there is excess fat in the body, this fat secretes MORE leptin than your cells can handle, and your brain stops receiving Leptin — and without Leptin, you get hungry!
The result is a plummeting metabolism and an increasing appetite.
I’m sure you agree this is NOT an optimal combo.
To sum that up...Inflammation turns food into fat... and makes you “HANGRY”!
Want to put your inflammatory fire out? Nrf2 activation allows your body to MAKE its own powerful antioxidants.
