Sometimes circumstances prevent you from arriving on time. Please call the spa if you are running late. We will make every effort to accommodate your full service. If a client is more then 10 minutes late, we may require to reschedule. If or when our schedule will allow we maybe able to accommodate a partial appointment. Since we strive to provide excellent service to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact upon us significantly.
