IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Our wonderful receptionist, Roberta, will be retiring this Thursday, September 25th. We wish her all the best in her retirement and thank her for her dedication, from managing bookings to helping with laundry and ensuring the smooth operation of my business ❤

This transition will require some adjustments. As I often have full days with clients, there may be times when I cannot immediately answer the phone. Please be patient; I will return all messages as soon as possible.

Since I will be in the back with clients for most of the day, the front doors will be locked. I will announce specific retail hours when clients can come by to purchase skincare products. If you plan to stop by outside of these hours for a pickup, please message me beforehand so I can confirm my availability at the front.

Please also note that we have three businesses operating here: Klassy K Esthetics (me), Sirens Aesthetic Retreat Ltd (Diana), and our reflexologist (Bee). Each of us has our own doorbell, so please be mindful to ring the correct doorbell for the business you have booked your service with.
