well folks mountainside sauna is just over a year old and so is my baby girl 💓 it’s been a fun + full year meeting so many new people outside our home from all our rentals AND getting to know our lil bb. got to know myself a little better this year too: always learning. we’re looking forward to another season of sauna sessions with our community! ❤️‍🔥

one of my favorite things about having the sauna at an event, is the pressure it takes off of what the weather will do

Here is a full view of our sauna! The hot-cold cycles are where it’s at. Fifteen minutes in the heat, quick dip in the cold, warm up to regular temperature and repeat!
