London reminded me of something I already knew but hadn’t made a big enough priority: your skin is the foundation.
So we went looking for a skincare line that matched how we care for you, and we found it close to home.

I went to CCR London expecting to come home talking about the latest injectables.
Instead, almost every session I sat in kept coming back to two things: lifestyle and skin health.
Injectables absolutely have their place, and they always will in our clinic. But the message from some of the most respected people in aesthetics was clear. Results start with understanding the skin itself, and what’s happening in the body underneath it. Hormones. Menopause. How we sleep, eat, and live.

That’s a big part of why I came all the way to London for CCR this week. The conversation here is shifting toward the whole woman, and menopause is right at the centre of it. I’ve been taking notes like crazy and I can’t wait to bring it all home.
