It turns out that Maverick needs a little brother! I will be going on maternity leave again sometime around thanksgiving, exact date to be determined as I have been feeling great and hope to keep working as long as possible while preparing to welcome baby Rowan sometime in late October.

This means we’ve got about 8 weeks to get some good work done before I succumb to newborn bliss for a while so get your appointments booked asap!

Looking forward to seeing you either in the coming weeks or in the new year!

Oh hey, I finished a thing. Learning to combine fascial work with craniosacral therapy has been a magical journey and honestly I am not ready for it to end. Grateful to my mentor, Steve Heinrich PT, to my classmates, and to Seminars for Health for all of the support along the way. I can’t wait to see where the path leads next.

My fall schedule is officially up! Online booking and direct billing are available. As always, if nothing posted will work for you don’t hesitate to reach out!

I am beginning to work again! As I ease through this transition I will be taking appointments by request so that I can work around my baby’s schedule and determine the most sought after appointment times. I am finally ready and able to share my big news! It is my honour to introduce Maverick who came earth-side yesterday and blessed my little family to completion.

Accidentally (but perfectly) free-birthed as things escalated much quicker than anticipated and neither dad nor our wonderful midwife made it in time, he was born at home with and by my side. I couldn’t be happier or more in love.

If you’ve been meaning to book an appointment or wanting to work with me now is the time to get started!

The holidays are approaching quickly and for many that means massage/osteopath benefits reset and for all of us that means balancing winter stresses and many celebrations. There’s just enough time left to optimize your mind and body or to address any lingering maladies before rolling into the most wonderful time of the year!

I will be closing my books on December 15th for a few weeks to take some much needed time off with my family (IYKYK) so don’t wait to get those appointments booked!

Seven years after being gifted Healing Ancient Wounds by John Barnes I have finally landed in a space where I got to both witness and participate in the art of myofascial unwinding during my CranioSacral 2 training this past weekend and I was not disappointed. My mind is blown and my words are limited but feels like my whole career and obsession with fascia has been leading me here and I can’t wait till May when I get to learn more.

MOT sessions can now be submitted to most insurance companies! Direct billing is available already for some and pending approval for others. This is great news for those with health benefits as you may now have twice the access to treatment! Check your policy to see if you’ve got osteopathy benefits to utilize!
