Fall Collection Production: Part One 🍂🍫
I stared today with what I call the “make ahead fillings” these are the components of the fillings that need more time to cool, set or need adjusting before they go in!
I also decided to make this entire collection gluten friendly! I swapped in gluten free pretzels and cookies. Chocolate makes it SO easy. There’s absolutely no difference in the flavour or texture of the finished fillings.
And my Thermomix?! 😍 I’ve never used another machine that can turn cookies and pretzels into such incredibly fine crumbs, so quickly. I love this thing. Thermomix Canada
