Message me for fertilized eggs or chicks! 🐣🙏 Beautiful healthy hatching eggs and chicks! Occasionally pullets & roosters! Chicks are mainly black copper marans & black olive eggers which have lightly feathered feet too! I will also have pullets in barnyard mix layers x with bcm’s available upon request
A Little bit of chili flakes , goes a long way!
And they love them!
Our chickens are enjoying some fresh worms being dug up by Ric, Finny is sooo good with the chickens, we don’t mind that she goes in their pen, and they don’t mind either 🪺🤎🙋♀️

Our chickens are enjoying their last bag of goodies from Lush Valley, not to worry though, we’re heading there momentarily to bring eggs, and collect more 🙏🥰

The backyard crew are so much happier today!
This is the other side of chicken farming. Recently I gave away a nice f2 olive egger, and added the new grey one (I hatched them all) along with these other two young boys.
The dynamics were shifted, and several (these 3 ) were trying out to be lead rooster 👑.
Long story short our oldest silky passed yesterday with a broken leg. And a few other hens were being brutalized.
I haven’t been outside much lately, due to my ankle injury .. Anywhoo … I went outside to take videos after Ric gave them the last 2 bags of food scraps.
What I saw was awful. I went in that gate, managed to grab the while rooster first and then the other bright coloured at the same time.
I called Ric over .. he culls, I bring them to life, and raise them. That’s our deal.
Then the grey one began brutalizing multiple hens, I went back inside. Still holding one rooster. Ric came in, took the rooster from my hands and wouldn’t you know it, the grey rooster walked right up to my feet, and proceeded to try to have his violent way with a cream legbar. I grabbed him too!!
Boom 3 roosters caught within minutes, and with ease. Thank you universe for that, because of my ankle 🙏😇
I will not tolerate that behaviour! Needless to say I have 3 less roosters now 😳
Sometimes you have to do, what you Have to do. And no I wouldn’t rehome an as$hole

I’m sure I’ll get flack for posting this, but I’m protecting my girls. And I would do it again 🙋♀️
