A softer or heavier-looking lower face can come from several things: skin laxity, volume changes, jowling, chin/jaw structure or fullness under the chin. Often, there’s more than one factor involved.

Which is exactly why I don't automatically recommend the same “jawline treatment” to everyone.

Depending on what I see and how much you want to invest, we might start with something more approachable like Forma, microneedling or a skin-quality plan. If laxity is more noticeable, we may discuss something like Morpheus8. If facial structure or volume is contributing, dermal filler may be part of the conversation.
And sometimes the best plan combines different approaches over time.

💰 Your budget matters too. I’d rather help you prioritize the treatment that will make the most sense for your biggest concern than make you feel like you need to do everything at once.

If your jawline has been bothering you but you have absolutely no idea what to book, you don't need to figure that part out first.

Beautiful lip results don’t have to happen in one appointment. 💋

These photos show a gradual lip filler journey over several months, building slowly and intentionally rather than trying to create the final result all at once.

Each appointment gave us the opportunity to reassess, allow everything to settle, and decide whether adding a little more would support the client’s goal.

The result? More shape, definition and volume while still looking like her lips.
This is one of the reasons I love a conservative approach to injectables. You can always build. You don’t have to rush.

If you’ve been considering lip filler but worry about looking overdone, subtle and gradual is absolutely an option.

“I thought this was just what happened when you got older.”

At first, it’s only a little leak when you sneeze.

Then laughing really hard can do it. Exercise becomes trickier. Certain movements start requiring a little more planning.

But maybe you’ve never really considered talking to anyone about it.

“I’m in my 50s. I’ve had children. I assumed this was just my body now.”

That assumption is incredibly easy to make when bladder leaks are constantly brushed off as part of motherhood, menopause or getting older.

Until someone asks a different question:

Have you ever actually talked to someone about your pelvic floor?

Sometimes that question is enough to change the way you think about something you’ve been accommodating for years. What’s common may still deserve attention, and there may be options you simply haven’t heard about yet.

That’s what Subtle Conversations is about: understanding what’s happening in your body and giving you a comfortable place to ask the next question. 💗

“Stop making me laugh, I’m going to pee!” 😅 It’s funny because so many women know exactly what that means.

Maybe it started after having kids. You laugh too hard and leak a little. You sneeze and immediately cross your legs. You skip the jumping exercises at the gym because you already know how that story ends.

So you joke about it. Your friends joke about it. Eventually, peeing a little when you laugh, cough, sneeze or exercise starts to feel like just another part of being a woman.

But when bladder leakage starts changing how you exercise, what you wear, how you socialize or how you plan your day, it deserves more than a punchline.

At Subtle Conversations, we can laugh about the experiences we all recognize AND have the actual conversation about why bladder leaks happen and what options may be available to support your pelvic floor and bladder health. 💗

When did wearing a panty liner “just in case” become something women were expected to accept?

A little leakage when you cough. When you laugh. When you exercise. Maybe you’ve started planning what you wear around it or keeping an extra liner in your bag without even thinking about it anymore.

Bladder leaks are common, especially after childbirth and as we age, but they’re still worth talking about.

On September 25, we’re having the conversations women often don’t get enough time to have about bladder leaks, pelvic floor changes, menopause and sexual health.

Come listen, learn what may be happening in your body, and hear about the options available today. No awkward group sharing and no pressure to discuss anything you’d rather keep private. 🤍
