There is so much you can do, should do for maintaining your vessel.

Well, here I stand again, the universe and the bees telling me I needed a break. But this time I listened and didn’t plow through like I have many times before.

My shoulder hasn’t been my friend lately and than, like I needed more. I was stung by a wasp for the second time in a month and a half. 🐝
These suckers don’t play!! My neck is so swollen, hurts like a bitch, itchy as F**k

So I have been in an altered state for the last two days 🤪
Benadryl and Advil, piggy backing the two.

Here we are, shoulder buggered up and my neck swollen from a wasp bite. My goodness, someone out there is very upset with me.

I’ve been sleeping a lot since yesterday, today was the entire day.
Went to hockey this morning and then that was it.

I’ve had to rewire my brain to think “ I’m not being lazy, I need rest”

Just getting up, no one killed the other, things might have not been done the way I like it. But house is still standing. Kids are fed

Maybe I’ll put a load of laundry on!! 🤣
