CHRONIC BACK TENSION? πββοΈ
Hereβs my secret: I donβt start with deep pressure.
I start with myofascial stretching.
Fascia is a network of connective tissue that surrounds, supports, and connects your muscles. It also plays an important role in how your body moves and transfers force.
When your back feels constantly tight, myofascial release is one of the techniques I use to help ease tension and prepare the muscles for deeper massage work.
Itβs not always about applying more pressure. Itβs about choosing the right technique.
π RELEASE FIRST. GO DEEPER NEXT.

10 years in sports medicine. π©Ίπͺ
Years of studying anatomy, treating athletes, and helping people recoverβ¦
And now my biggest challenge is figuring out what to post on Instagram. ππ«
Nobody warned me that running a massage practice also meant becoming a content creator!

STIFF BACK? DO IT THE SLAVIC WAY! πͺπ
A little Slavic stretching to keep your body moving!
In this routine, Iβm focusing on:
π£ Quadratus lumborum β lateral lower back mobility
π£ Latissimus dorsi & obliques β stretching the sides of the torso
π£ Hip flexors (iliopsoas) β improving hip mobility
π£ Hamstrings β improving flexibility in the back of the thighs
No complicated equipment. Just a few simple movements, fresh air, and a little consistency.
Move slowly, breathe naturally, and stay within a comfortable range.
