Healing begins with truth.
Not by pretending something didn’t hurt.
Not by asking someone to move on before they have been heard.
And not by erasing the history that brought us here.
Reconciliation asks something deeper:
To listen.
To acknowledge.
To remember.
And to make different choices because we know what came before.
At Reign, we believe healing and truth belong in the same conversation — because whether we’re talking about bodies, families, communities or generations, we cannot truly heal what we refuse to acknowledge.
Today, we honour the stories that survived, the voices that deserve to be heard, and the generations still carrying them.
Truth first.
Then healing.
Then something different for those who come after us. 🧡

A MESSAGE FROM JESSICA 💗
After being away dealing with some personal matters, I’m finally back in the treatment room — and it’s been way too long.
I’ve genuinely missed my Reign family, the problem-solving, and doing the hands-on work I love.
I have opened a limited number of appointments, so if you’ve been waiting to get back on my table, now’s your chance.
I’ve missed you. Let’s get back to work. 🖤
— Jessica
Appointments are now available to book online.
When the cards are stacked against you, you don’t have to fold.
You keep showing up.
You keep building.
You keep pushing through the pressure.
There will be setbacks.
There will be people who doubt you.
People who stand in your way.
And sometimes, situations that actively make the road harder to walk.
But obstacles don’t have to become endings.
…
Not because it’s easy.
Not because everyone believes in you.
Because you believe in what you’re building.
…
Keep betting on the dream. ♥️

Another year proudly sponsoring the Female Entrepreneur Backroad Invitational Golf Tournament ⛳️💕
There is something incredibly powerful about being surrounded by beautiful, brilliant, independent, strong-willed women who are building businesses, supporting one another, and making things happen.
We look forward to this event every year — not just for the golf and the laughs, but for the community behind it.
This is what happens when women support women.
We build.
We connect.
We open doors.
And we create some pretty amazing things together. 💪🏼✨
It was an absolute pleasure, ladies.
Until next year! 🥂⛳️
