✨ Your skin called… it wants a deep clean + glow ✨
Hydrabrasion is one of my favorite treatments for gently exfoliating, removing buildup, and supporting healthier-looking skin — without harsh downtime.
Think of it as a refresh for dull, congested, or tired skin while helping your products work more effectively at home.
Healthy skin starts with supporting the barrier — not stripping it. 💗
Ready for skin that feels smoother, cleaner, and more radiant?

Two weeks post-op ✨
Healing takes patience, but seeing the progress makes every stage worth it. Still taking things slow, still prioritizing recovery, and so grateful for how everything is coming along already 🤍
My favourite time of day? 🤍
Facial day.
The moment the world slows down, the stress melts away, and self care becomes the priority. There’s just something about fresh skin, quiet moments, and that post-facial glow that never gets old. ✨
Because skincare isn’t just about results — it’s about how you feel.

Day 3 Post Care ✨May 3, 2026 Upper Eyelid Bleph
This is where the real results are supported.
Post-treatment isn’t just about healing… it’s about how well your skin heals—and that directly impacts your outcome.
The CO2 Lift Carboxy Gel Mask is one of my go-to post-care treatments for a reason:
It works by delivering carbon dioxide to the skin, which increases oxygen delivery, boosts circulation, and supports tissue repair—exactly what compromised skin needs after a procedure.
Think:
• accelerated healing
• reduced inflammation
• improved hydration
• support for collagen + overall skin recovery
This is how we protect the investment.
Because treatments don’t end when you leave the treatment room…
they continue with what you do after.
Barrier support.
Hydration.
Intentional care.
That’s what creates real results.
Where relaxation meets results.

DAY 2: Pressure Bandages Removed 🤍
Such a big moment in the healing process. I was definitely a little nervous seeing everything for the first time—but also so excited.
One of my besties came over to help me remove the bandages, which made it so much easier (and honestly way less intimidating).
There’s swelling and bruising (completely normal), but this is where the journey really starts.
Now it’s all about gentle care and healing ✨
Day 1: Surgery Day 🤍
I went into this feeling a mix of nerves and excitement, but overall the experience was so much better than I expected. The procedure itself was quick, and I felt really well taken care of the entire time.
Right now it’s all about resting, letting my body do its thing, and trusting the healing process. I know the next few days will be a journey, but I’m already so glad I did this for myself.
More updates to come 🤍
I’ve been thinking about this for a while… 🤍
Even as a skin professional, I’m always assessing what’s going to support my features long-term — not just my skin.
For me, that means choosing something a little more structural this time.
I’ll be sharing my upper eyelid bleph journey from start to finish — the real experience, healing, and everything in between.
PART 1: Pre-Op
If you’ve ever considered this, or you’re just curious… stay with me.

Enzyme exfoliation is one of the gentlest and most effective ways to remove dead skin cells, especially for those with sensitive skin, rosacea, or a compromised skin barrier.
Unlike scrubs or stronger acids, enzymes work by dissolving dead skin cells without damaging healthy skin, making them a safe and effective option for many skin types.
As we head into warmer spring weather, exfoliation becomes even more important to keep skin smooth and glowing.

As we move into spring, exfoliation becomes an important part of maintaining healthy, glowing skin. Knowing which type is right for your skin makes all the difference.
There are three main types of exfoliation:
✨ Chemical
✨ Enzyme
✨ Physical
Each has its place, but for sensitive or rosacea-prone skin, gentle options like enzyme exfoliation are often the safest choice.
Not sure which exfoliation method is best for your skin type?
We’re always happy to guide you! Great skin starts with the right routine.

April is Rosacea Awareness Month, and one of the most important things to understand about rosacea-prone skin is this: Gentle skincare matters.
Over-exfoliating or using harsh products can worsen redness, inflammation, and sensitivity, which is why gentle options like enzyme exfoliation and our Corthe Skincare line are often recommended.
If you’re dealing with redness, irritation, or rosacea, we can help guide you toward products and treatments that support your skin, not stress it.
Your skin deserves calm, consistent care. Book your customized treatment today at luminatedermspa.com

Let’s clear this up 👇
ProCell Microchanneling does NOT mean hiding at home for a week.
Most clients experience:
• Mild redness (like a sunburn)
• Slight swelling
• Light dryness or flaking
That’s it.
You’re back to normal activities the next day! Just be diligent with professional skincare and SPF.
The collagen stimulation, acne scar improvement, and texture refinement? WORTH IT!
If you’ve been waiting because you were nervous about downtime, this is your sign. ✨
