One of the questions I get often is, how exactly do you massage your scalp?

This is how I do my growth massage.

I start by lightly misting my scalp with our Fenugreek Hair Spray, followed by our Infused Ze Oil.

Then I use the pads of my fingertips — never my nails — and massage gently in small circular motions for about 4–5 minutes.

I make sure I cover my entire scalp: the hairline, temples, sides, crown and back.

I’m not aggressively rubbing my hair. I’m gently moving the scalp underneath my fingertips.

Regular scalp massage can help support healthy circulation to the scalp, and pairing it with a hydrating botanical spray and nourishing oil helps create a well-conditioned scalp environment.

And remember: you don’t have to make your routine complicated.

Simple steps done consistently can make all the difference in your hair-care journey.

**Length retention isn’t just about what you put on your scalp — keeping the hair you’ve already grown matters too. 🌿**

One of the simplest ways to support length retention is to keep your hair properly moisturized so it stays soft, flexible and less prone to dryness and breakage.

In this video, I’m demonstrating a **3-Step Moisturizing Routine — Liquid, Cream, Oil:**

**Liquid:** Zenu'ah Naturals Fenugreek Herbal Spray

**Oil:** Zenu'ah Naturals Sealant Oil

The liquid adds moisture, the cream helps condition and soften the hair, and the oil helps seal that moisture in.

**But how often should you repeat it?**

Don’t wait until your hair is completely dry.

If you moisturize today and notice that by **Day 5** your hair feels completely dry again, your next moisturizing day should have been around **Day 4** — *before* it reached that dry stage.

That means your hair may do well on roughly a **4-day moisturizing cycle.**

Your timing may change depending on your hair, your routine, healh issues, and even the season.

The goal is to learn **your hair’s moisture rhythm** and stay ahead of the dryness. 🌱
