Are you suffering from hair breakage? Here are some every day things that might be causing it!

1.) Purse Straps - Did you know that getting your hair caught underneath your purse strap can cause breakage? over time you may even notice significant breakage on the side you most often carry your purse!

2.) Glasses - Snagging your hair on your glasses can also cause breakage! Especially to the delicate hairs along your hairline!

3.) Bath Towels - If you rub your hair in a bath towel to dry it, you may be causing stress and breakage to your hair. Try using a soft Tshirt or a microfiber towel instead!

4.) Hair Ties - Throwing your hair up in a messy bun with a regular hair tie can cause breakage in your hair. Instead you should try using a scrunchie which is much more gentle on your hair.

5.) High Ponytails - Slicked high ponytails cause tension on your hair (especially the hairline) and over time can cause breakage in your hair! Try changing up the placement of your ponytail to prevent breakage.

6.) Your Pillowcase - Your hair will rub against your pillowcase as you move in your sleep. To reduce breakage try switching to a silk pillowcase!
