Paraphrase Perfume (Formerly Libertine Fragrance) creates distinctly unisex fragrances in small batches in Edmonton .
Everything is done by hand blending, mixing, packaging, everything
Perfume sampling is really tricky to get right, especially for small brands. They are the introduction so they have to be nice but they are often the most expensive thing a brand produces. Lots of components, time consuming and tons of detail.
Our new sets will switch over in mid June.
