Consistently eating black sesame seeds is believed in both traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda to darken grey hair, strengthen strands and even support regrowth. Black sesame seeds are packed with minerals like iron, zinc & calcium to nourish hair follicles as well as natural copper that helps support melanin production.

So since I just turned 37 and my grey are coming in hard I decided to make this black sesame paste stay tuned for my results!

Recipe 👇

- 1 cup of black sesame seeds roasted for a few minutes
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1-2 tbsp of honey
- Blend in mixer
- Eat 1-2 tbsp a day

You can add dates or alter the ingredients to your liking!
